PCB Assembly

Our experienced assembly team offers accurate and quality workmanship. We currently undertake both leaded and surface mount projects, and are happy to accommodate the low to medium volume surface mount tasks that other companies are sometimes reluctant to take on. Larger quantities are of course welcomed - we have a fully automated surface mount pick and place machine to handle high volumes.

Our fully trained surface mount operatives are ready to accommodate your prototype projects using an ESSEMTEC placement system, offering an assembly service that is of high quality and competitive, allowing you, the customer, to test and modify the design once the prototype has been verified. As soon as you are satisfied with your board our VSMT surface mount machine can be programmed for the larger quantities.

Although surface mount technology has become increasingly the way forward for many applications, lending itself to more compact layouts and automated assembly, through-hole components are still very much a part of the population criteria. We offer both hand and flow soldered assembly facilities.
